Home renovations are supposed to make your home more livable, but they're also supposed to increase the value so you can make money if you sell. But not all renovations will increase house value, even if some are necessary to live.

The Canadian Commander of the Internation Space Station returned to Earth last night. He landed in Kazakhstan with his crew safely.

As if Commander Chris Hadfield wasn't the coolest guy in the universe already. This sent him into another stratosphere.
Chris was the 1st ever Canadian to be commander of the Internation Space Station. While he's been up there for the last 5 months he's been sending out amazing pictures through his twitter account. He's done question and answer sessions via video conference with schools across the country. He's done demonstrations to show what happens in space with food, water and so much more.
With his time on the ISS coming to an end, he decided to release a music video...from SPACE!!!!!
He covered the classic "Space Oddity" by David Bowie. And yes, this was recorded by Commander Hadfield...he is singing.
Oh yeah, he's also a HUGE Leafs fan.
