9:00 to 5:00 pm - Welcome, registration, and installation of your site at the Marina, the Rendez-vous location.
6:00 to 7:00 pm - Toast to friendship served to all artists under the white tent.
7:00 pm - Dinner on your own.

Friday, August 17
10:00am - Opening of the kiosks for the public.
6:00 to 7:00 pm - Hot Dog Roast (free for artists; $5.00 for the public).
8:00 pm - Closing of the kiosks.
8:30 to 12:00 am(midnight) - Opening ceremonies. Music under the big tent with Patricia and Robert Beaulieu (Free Admission)

Saturday, August 18
10:00 am - Opening of the kiosks for the public.
6:00 to 7:00 pm - Spaghetti with meat sauce (free for artists; $10.00 for the public).
8:00 pm - Closing of the kiosks.
8:30 to 12:00 am(midnight) - Music under the big tent with the group Wild Country (Free Admission).

Sunday, August 19
10:00 am - Opening of the kiosks for the public.
4:00 pm - Closing of the kiosks.
4:30 pm - Closing ceremonies and a brunch for all the artists.

Auberge Harris Prize: Four prizes of $250.00 for those
who purchase artworks of $250.00 or more.
