Edmundston Police are investigating after arresting a man for drug possession.

Last Thursday, June 21, investigators apprehended a 19-year-old from the city after finding him in possession of synthetic drugs.

They later executed a search warrant at the teen's home and found more of the same drug believed to be methamphetamine.

City Police say the man was released, but will appear in court at a later date.
